Subscription + SDK sign tester

Create the subscription order via backend, then immediately call paySDK.sign() with Airwallex.

This page calls /api-loqua/subscription/create, fetches SDK channels, then runs paySDK.sign().

This page uses the current browser login state to create the subscription first, then uses the returned paySubscriptionNo and payUid to call paySDK.sign() for Airwallex. The SDK request leaves cuid empty.
